Tucked into the laid-back coastline of Northern NSW, Kai Villa 3 is part of the beautifully considered Kai Residences by Omira Property Group. Designed to reflect the rhythm of its coastal and natural surrounds, the villa was styled using a warm, earthy palette and rich, layered textures to bring the outside in to capture Cabarita’s relaxed coastal soul.
